The first fruits of my collaboration with Rubberhead Recordings is this delightful wee gem of a clip, the amazing Zervas and Pepper performing live on the wheel one cold Sunday morning last December. All credit to Gary Rubberhead for shooting this one and doing a such a good job on the sound. It was a real privilege to get this session from Paul and Cath, and to be in the pod high above Cardiff with them singing their beautiful songs was something I won’t forget.

el goodo using my photos
Oh yeah, already been bragging about this on myspace, now I’m bigging myself up over here. Truth is I am chuffed to death to see that el goodo are using some of the photos I took of them at Harvest a few weeks back on their myspace. Yowza. Thanks, guys.
More Harvest…
Spent an evening last week giving Andy Harvest a helping hand updating his MySpace page.
Harvest at the Globe, Cardiff on MySpace
Pleased to see that The Higher State have been through and popped his cherry with their fantastic YouTube clip:
Am I the only one thinking Smiths’ b-side? Rock and/or roll, fellas.
Harvest @ The Globe
A link to some photos I took at last Friday’s Harvest at The Globe. You can also see them on crappy old Facebook if you must.
Anyway, Harvest is a psychedelic night run by some friends of mine at The Globe on the first Friday of every month. The Globe was formerly a cinema in Roath, recently renovated and rejuvenated to look like Keith Richards’ palace in Morrocco and looks like being the ideal home for Harvest. The first headlining band was the awesome el goodo who played a blinding set, mixing up sixties melodies with just a smidgeon of the best kind of Kraut-rock.
See you there April 6th.

Psych-out!
